Shaza is a Mechatronics Engineer and a master’s degree holder in sensor technology. She conducted her master’s degree research in Egypt and Berlin where she designed a probe for measuring intraneural pressure – useful in treating nerve pain in the back or other extremities.”
After three years of teaching and research, Shaza transitioned to the automation industry and joined ABB Arab for Electrical Industries and Automation as a sales and service support engineer in the motor drives business unit. Always hungry for new dynamic challenges, Shaza moved to Singapore and seized the opportunity to combine both her technical and industrial backgrounds at TAG Sensors where she is now a sales and service delivery manager.

Mr. Grzegorz Sagan
Grzegorz Sagan is the Managing Director of HappyFresh Thailand, the leading online grocery marketplace in South-East Asia. He has over 5 years of experience in operations in top-tier start-ups in the region.
Currently he is responsible for scaling up HappyFresh business on the Thai market. He joined the company in 2018 as a Director of Operations, overseeing logistics, customer experience and content management.
Prior to this, he was the Regional Head of Operational Excellence in Lazada Group, where he was in charge of improving the operational performance of merchants selling on Lazada. Before that he was developing food delivery business in Foodpanda Thailand.
He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with core expertise in marketplace operations and last-mile logistics.
Grzegorz earned both bachelor and master degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Dr. Uttam Chandra Krishna
With over 22 years of work experience in leading companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, Covidien Thailand, Zydus Healthcare, Pfizer, Uttam is able to share his experiences in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practices, Warehouse, Distribution practices in the ASEAN context.
His last Stint with Reckitt Benckiser saw him lead a multi-cultural team from across ASEAN countries to implement Quality Management Systems at various country sites. Uttam has a Doctorate from European Global School, Paris and although originally from India, Uttam now calls Thailand home and has almost 16 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

For the last 2.5 years, Bob developed Maersk’s E-commerce logistics and direct to consumer distribution capabilities in emerging markets. Mr. Chris Catto-Smith
Chris Catto-Smith has over thirty years’ experience in a broad range of supply chain, logistics, systems management and consulting roles. He has successfully led and managed high visibility Supply Chain and Retail Technology projects in Asia and has held senior logistics and technology management positions including South Asian Distribution Manager IBM, VP Logistics and Asia Pacific, Joint Group CIO Royal Ahold, Regional Distribution Manager Coles Myer (Australia).
Chris is a solution specialist in cold chain land transportation and international perishable airfreight. He has undertaken a number of projects to assist large companies undertake significant change and improvement ‘from the inside’. Chris has been recently leading several leading retail and food chain organisations in both Indonesia and Vietnam focusing on Fresh and Cold Chain infrastructure implementation, the role coincides with the rapid expansion of modern trade food logistics in South East Asia. He is currently working on supply chain solution projects with two leading retailers in Thailand and Vietnam. He has also worked as a specialist advisor / implementer in cold chain / logistics for capital investors undertaking strategic assessments, due diligence and improvement planning for acquisitions.
Over the past five years Chris has conceived and implemented a highly innovative global supply chain solution for the retail and perishable food industry supporting improved handling of temperature sensitive air cargo and ensuring cold chain integrity. The project, which involved collaborative solutioning with at least 10 major airlines and several international retailers, has driven radical change and cost savings across the South East Asian export and domestic fresh produce industry. Chris has introduced break-through improvements in the fresh produce supply chain for European & Asian supermarkets sourcing local high quality fresh produce. He developed an innovative low cost, cold chain solution for start-up retail logistics operations which for which he was awarded both outstanding achievement and sustainability awards by the Vietnam Supply Chain Council.
He holds Masters Degrees in both Systems Engineering and Logistics Management from RMIT Australia, Bachelor of Science and Post-Graduate Diplomas in Business and Aviation Management.
